From the bountiful harvest of our homestead to yours we bring you Foundation Homestead Bounty Boxes, an enhanced version of CSA (Community Supported Agriculture).
CSA stands for Community Supported Agriculture. It is the simplest way for you to experience seasonal foods, fresh from the farm, right to your table. Typically CSA Members receive seasonal produce during the prime growing season but with our Foundation Homestead Bounty Boxes you will experience that farm to table goodness all year round and we don’t limit the bounty to produce only.
The entire goal and movement of CSAs was to provide people with a direct connection to the source of their food. There is security in knowing where your food is coming from and developing a relationship with the people dedicated to growing and raising that food in the most natural, wholesome way possible.
At Foundation Homestead we grow our gardens and raise our animals with the knowledge and understanding God has given us all of it to steward not only for the benefit and health of our own family but for those who choose to walk along beside us, our community.
As with traditional CSA Memberships our Foundation Homestead Bounty Boxes are filled with seasonal produce harvested at just the right time to preserve incredible flavor and lock in nutrition. Along side our fresh produce we offer with pride our Raw Milk, Cream, Cheeses and Butter provided by our small Diary Herd. Our Poultry is Free Range and bless us with incredible nutrient packed eggs all year round and when our birds are scheduled to be butchered we will share those with our community. We raise Grass Fed Angus/Cross cattle that are born right here on the homestead and spend their entire life grazing our pasture and finish on grass before being processed at a USDA butchering plant then return with our logo of approval back to the homestead.
In addition to our seasonal harvest we have designed each Bounty Box to contain items we proudly make here and are exclusively available on the homestead in the Barn Store like our Papa J’s Seasonings, Grandma’s Gourmet Cocoas, and Madamoo’s Ice cream. We have hand picked and thoroughly test tools that will enhance your farm to table food experience.
Each month our Bounty Boxes are designed around a certain theme. The items chosen for you uniquely enhance the tastes and embrace the season.
Bounty Box Purchase: Each Bounty Box will have a specific $ PRICE that will be announced the month prior (LIMITED) Ordering deadline is the 1st of each month.

At this time our Foundation Homestead Bounty Boxes consists of 5 boxes, available for members to pickup on designated dates starting in August with a September, October, November and our Holiday Box in December. Dates and times of pick up will be posted and can be picked up at Foundation Homestead, 40718 Road 719, Cambridge, NE (no delivery).
Our Foundation Homestead Bounty Boxes are a way for you to feel confident in your food source while investing in our homestead both monetarily and with faith. Farming in any way shape or form is contingent on so many other factors like weather, bugs, proper equipment and the list goes on. We source as much as we can right here on the homestead by using compost and manure from our animals as fertilizer and rely on rain and ground water. We harvest as many of our own seeds and continue as many vegetable, herb and flower selections as we can that way. But crops fail and at times other preparations and sources have to be visited.
By participating in our unique, farm to table focused CSA program you are investing in not only knowing where and how your food is grown and raised you are allowing our multigenerational homestead to invest in the future of that food supply with more produce seeds to add to our growing selection, purchase feed for our animals when the weather turns cold and even add a cow to help maintain our fresh raw milk supply. Every paid purchase is a direct way to keep your hard earned dollars right here in our neck of the woods that you can enjoy and take pride in when you come to visit the Foundation Homestead Barn Store.

We take pride in our multigenerational family owned and operated homestead and work hard all year round but as with all things that come along with farming trials will present themselves when least expected. Hail can wipe out an entire crop of peppers, chickens slow down on egg laying, grass hopers can mow down everything in their path. We have planned and planned some more to make sure these Bounty Boxes are full of only the best for you. This is why we only announce our Bounty Boxes a few weeks before the ordering deadline. It allows us to make sure our selected contents are at their peak and supply is readily available. Purchasing one of our Bounty Boxes is a faith pledge to walk along beside us through the ups and downs.
Bounty Boxes cannot and will not be delivered in any way, shape or form by Foundation Homestead. There will be a designated pick up day and time that will be posted.
There is a limited amount of Bounty Box Memberships each month and it is on a first come first served basis.

There are no refunds on Bounty Box purchases once payment is processed.
